A: Yes, we do accept new patients at this time.
Q: How much is a consultation?
A: The basic consultation is free. It includes a conversation with Dr. Stanton Young about your dental needs and available treatments.
Q: I have a question about a dental problem or procedure, and would like Dr. Stanton Young to help me. What do I do?
A: Please use our Contact Form, and type in your question or issue, as well as what days of the week and times of day work best for you for an appointment. We will quickly get back to you.
Q: What can I expect during the first comprehensive exam?
A: Discussions about your dental history and medications, a full examination including X-rays, and, if necessary, treatment options.
Q: Does the practice take my dental insurance?
A: Dr. Young does not belong to any insurance plans. However, approximately two-thirds of his patients have dental insurance which
allows out of network benefits. As a courtesy, we will file your insurance claims for you and will do our best to see that you receive
the maximum reimbursement to which you are entitled. Please provide your insurance information along with your photo ID.
Q: Do you take DMO or HMO insurance?
A: Unfortunately, with a DMO or an HMO plan, you have to stay in network. We are out of network.
Q: Do you take PPO insurance?
A: We can check ahead of time if you have out of network coverage. We will submit to the insurance for you as an out-of-network
provider, and they will reimburse you directly. So the day your services are rendered, you would pay us, we will submit to your insurance
company for you, and they will reimburse you directly.
Q: Will the staff review the cost of procedures before treatment is done?
A: Dr. Young and his staff will go over the costs with you of the treatment options best suited for your situation. Before you agree
to any procedures, you will know their costs.
Q: How am I expected to pay?
A: Payment is expected at the time of your service. We accept payment by check, Visa, Master-card, and American Express. Although financing isn't available, we can spread out the treatment, prioritizing what is essential first.
Q: Can I schedule some or all of my family members back-to-back or at the same time?
A: Certainly. Please contact us and our friendly staff will schedule your visit.
Q: Does Dr. Young keep up with new advancements in science?
A: Absolutely. Dentistry is a rapidly evolving field, and new treatment options, materials, equipment and techniques become available
that may offer better or longer lasting results, be less expensive, time consuming or painful than older treatments.
Q: Do you have any recommendations for my diet? Can you suggest foods and drinks that will decrease my risk for cavities?
A: You've come to the right place. Dr. Young is passionate about health and has studied natural medicine for decades.
Q: What can I do at home to keep my teeth & gums healthy?
A: Based on your individual situation, Dr. Young give you a customized plan for care, which should include home-care methods and an
office visit schedule.

A: Yes! We can even provide a Virtual Reality headset.

A: Yes, absolutely. Payment for each treatment is expected at the time of your service.
